Welcome to Caked By Sabreen. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these terms.

Orders and pricing. All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; your order is accepted when we confirm it.

Custom and personalized items. You are responsible for the accuracy of any personalization you submit, including names, addresses, engraving text, and card messages. We produce personalized items as submitted and cannot refund errors in customer-provided details. We may decline content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringing.

Perishable products. Our baked goods are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. We cannot guarantee any item is free of allergens. It is the customer's responsibility to inform recipients of potential allergens.

Delivery. Delivery terms are governed by our Shipping (Local Delivery) policy. Title and risk of loss pass on delivery to the address you provide.

Guarantee. Our satisfaction guarantee is described in our Return and Refund policy and is your exclusive remedy for issues with an order.

Intellectual property. All content on this site, including text, images, and designs, is owned by Caked By Sabreen and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caked By Sabreen is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

Changes. We may update these terms at any time; the version in effect at the time of your order applies.
