Shipping policy

Caked By Sabreen is a local, hand-delivery service. We do not ship perishable baskets nationally.

Where we deliver. We hand-deliver throughout the Chicago Southland from our Chicago Ridge kitchen. Delivery availability and fees are set by distance zone and shown at checkout: free local delivery in our inner ring, and modest fees for our middle and extended rings. If your ZIP code is outside our zones, no delivery option will appear at checkout; email us for a custom quote.

Lead times. Closing baskets require at least 7 days' notice. Open house kits require at least 72 hours' notice, with a $40 rush available for 24 to 72 hours' notice. Everything is baked the morning of delivery, so if a closing date moves, the bake simply moves with it.

Delivering to your client. Closing gifts are delivered to the address you enter as the delivery address, which for closing baskets should be your client's address, the closing location, or your office. Please confirm someone can receive the gift, or that it can be safely left. We are not responsible for gifts left unattended at your direction, or for delays caused by incorrect address details.

Delivery windows. We deliver during standard daytime hours and will coordinate timing for closings and events. Delivery dates are confirmed at checkout.
